Last 4 yrs i worked on Web Development i want to switch windows mobile application.so i want to know which plat form is best for me

Instead of you asking which platform is best for me you need to ask what is that you're good at. What your interests are? Forget platform. If you like what you do that platform will be good for you. For long run it does not matter if you are a C++ C# Web Windows Mobile developer or DBA if you're good at it you will find job anywhere. So look inside ask yourself what you like to do and do that. For Microsoft developers Windows Phone and Windows Store apps may not be that popular today but this is where everything is going.

it depends on your interest yes now market trends on windows phone also if you choose Windows phone then you can utilize your web technical skills.
