Which Project type and template is best to use for PDA?

Hello all I want to create a one PDA application in .NET 2005. can anyone tell me which Project Type and template i need to use for that??? is it Smart device-Pocket PC 2003 project and Device application ????

That's right. The 'Device Application' template creates a skeleton CF 2.0 'forms' application for a PDA running Pocket PC 2003. On my VS 2005 Standard Edition there are also templates for console apps control and class libraries for the same platform plus support for CF 1.0 as well.
