Which technology to be used for hybrid site development?

I am from .Net background. For creating hybrid site. which one to be used?
Since i am from Microsoft background and i am also looking for the skill which easy to learn and implement it effectively

1. HTML5,CSS3, Ajax and Jquery
2. ASP.Net WebApi ,HTML5 and Ajax
3. Other Technologies

If you want to develop application where frontend is based on HTML and JS and server side you want to write WebAPI's for Data or other stuff then choices are: - Asp.net WebAPI - Node.js - Ruby on Rails - Python Asp.net will be easy for you as you're from MS background
