Which technology to develop the rich wep application?

I'm planning to create the rich web application(not website). What combination of technology am choose?. for example Pure Microsoft ASP.net MVC or else Asp.MVC/angularjs/webapi? Please Advice me!!..

What combination of technology am choose?. It's purely depend on the problem on your hand. You can use ASP.Net MVC or WebForm no doubt on this. If your application falls under the category of SPA (Single Page Application) Angular is a perfect choice. If you have any other doubts let me know! Hope this helps!
