Which TextBox Should be use other than rich text box for providing user to enter data?

Question

well in my website , i have a rich text box for the admin panel and from their admin enters the data about every form

but to enter data in rich text box is not so simple for the layman

so i want some other tool or the concept  which make this work eaasy.
