Nice to see you started with SSIS...
I dont read any books for SSIS, rather i used to google and get to know about each transformation and component inside it which is very easy than reading books, since we can see many real time approaches which we will not see in a book.
When i was about to start with SSIS, i read one book released by Microsoft Press
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services Step by Step - by Paul Turley et alWhich is very intersting and easy to learn.

@Suthish -- Yes that exactly every experts will suggest us... It will really good always to real from the real time examples. In books they will keep on providing the basic things about the component/transformation and give a small example... If we go through MSDN and other top bloggers site we can find interesting topics with real time samples.

Its surprised me, I asked the same thing to couple of our well experienced SQL Server guys.
They saying the same thing, do not refer any books, just go to MSDN and learn.
