Why Datalist control does not render content horizontally if layout is set as flow?

In the file attached i use datalist and repeatdirection horizontal but it is not working? But if i set Repeatlayout as table it works

check that your content width shouldn't exceed the width of your datalist. rest i dont see any problem with datalist in flow layout..

Thanks for reply But in this no content is render howizontally even when i define it to render as horizontal.

Hi friend FLOW is a standard name of arranging the controls in a layout. flow allow the controls or objects to come one after another until the horizontal boundary reached. Similary if you define the layout in DataList as flow then it'll render the data as horizontaly in a row. Hope you got the idea. Thanks.
