Why Mobile Web Form are not showing up in vs 2008

Question

I am using vs2008 team Edition and i want to develop mobile application by

using " Mobile Web Form" as its availabe in Vs 2005

but "Mobile Web Form" are not showing up .When i want to add new item in asp.net

Empty web site ???

despite insalling all these features

Kindly Help me to get rid of it..

I have installed "Windows Mobile 6 Standard SDK Refresh.msi"

Hi Earlier versions of Visual Studio had built-in designer support for developing mobile Web applications. However from Visual Studio 2008 onwards there is no built-in support in the IDE for developing mobile Web applications. This means that you wont see the Mobile Web Form template. So how to work with mobile Web applications? Download ASP.NET Mobile Templates.zip from the following link: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/webdevtools/archive/2007/09/17/tip-trick-asp-net-mobile-development- with-visual-studio-2008.aspx Then extract the zip file. This will give you number of other zip files. Copy the zip files with filenames ending with _cs to the location [My Documents]\Visual Studio 2008\Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual C# Then restart Visual Studio 2008. Create a new Web site and select Website Add New Item. Select the template Mobile Web Form. Hope this helps you. -Mamta
