we can not be create the static constructer it automatically creates run time for static method or static class. we have their is no need to create the constructer using new keyword to assing the value it automatticalyy invokes so the static Class or methods are used

Static constructors are generally used to initialize a type's static fields in those cases where this cannot be done by simply assigning them a value where they're defined. Static constructors are called just once by the system (they can't be invoked directly) prior to any other static member or instance constructor being accessed. They cannot take parameters or access modifiers but are implicitly private.
