I think best answer is to be honest but do not complain about current company/managers/colleagues...For most people it is salary I wouldn't say it out loud but I would say things like I believe I can handle more responsibility or different kind of duties..

Hi I think most suitable answer is you want to work in a latest technology with large based organisation.Before telling this answer you want to know about your role otherwise they are using old technology this answer is not suitable.In my point of view Salary expectation is not a good answer because if you get a good salary for other company then again you will repeat this!!. Best One : I am looking for a more challenging career in a firm with a larger employee base such as yours.
