i used a website in windows store app now i wanna i design it in my own way is it possible

If you are still using that website in your app ( something like a WebView or WebBrowser ) then you can customize the HTML and CSS of your website. Otherwise if you developed your application using WinJS ( Web applications for desktop ) then consider updating the application itself. Can you please tell me what you actually mean? Are you using a WebBrowser control to preview the application's data or are you using HTML CSS and JavaScript to build applications ( Web Applications ). Each of them can be better discussed if you share the context.
