I am working on a windows application . I even have completed it. Now I want to make setup of it but I want to generate or make Serial number 16 or 25 digits. and most important one serial key should work only on one pc and not on another pc.

You could do something like the picture above. When the user clicks Buy Now a web browser pops up with the company's website. You put the Machine Code which is specific to your computer into a form and the the website will use an encryption key to give you the serial number. The serial number will only work for one computer because it gets generated by a Machine Code that is only for your computer.
