Windows Authorization Manager

Question

I wanna use Windows Azman for my web application.I want to manage roles from my web app administration pages.i will be displaying the roles of Azman in a GridView of my admin page.My requirements are
- Adding,Deleting,Updating roles.[ which Iam able to do ] .
- Enable or Disable a role [ which Iam unable to do using Azman from a Grid View]. Any guesses or solution how we can implement this.
