Windows form c# application that freezes windows and disables all other running application

I intend writing a Windows form c# application that freezes windows and disables all other running application in the background while executing for security reasons. Any Ideas on how I could go about this?

One simple thing you could do is to set the PriorityClass property of your security process to ProcessPriorityClass.RealTime. Threads of all other running processes (including operating system processes) will then be effectively locked out. However this may mean that your process won't be able to use the mouse and that disk writes may not flush properly.
