You can save the data as text File,CSV File or XML File and also you can read the same data from the file. No, I am only supposed to save the data to a file. there is nothing like database. The question is: Create a GUI program named WriteInventoryRecords that allows you to enter data for items you sell at an online auction site and saves the data to a file. Once you enter data for and item and click "Add" button an item's information shows on the list. If you click "Save" button the data is saved to the file. Create an Inventory class that contains fields for item number, description, and asking price. i have done the other part but i don't know about "Save" button...

The Title Says its Windows Application but you are telling its a Online website.is this web application or Winform.If iam not wrong you want to save the Product details to data base?

It is like an online auction website and i have to input data regarding product details and then i am supposed to save that data by adding a button named "save". I don't know how to save it.
