windows forms with mvvm

Hello I am studying C# programming. I studied windows form tutorials using mvvm in Dev express. I can't understand how view-models work because Dev express auto-generated view-models . SoI want to know windows form tutorial using mvvm. Best regards May Zar Hlaing
