Windows10 of VS2015 error

Error arise while creating a project in VS2015 windows 10 project. Please let me know any solutions?

This is related to NuGet package manager; not about Windows 10 or Visual Studio 2015 although they are also not publicly released but are available as technical previews. There is another thread that gives the solution to the similar thing as being a problem with package conflict. Make sure your package targets the correct (and available) packages and not any other or problematic packages. You can also consider using debugger for this process.
