Hi9 Suresh Again it depends on how you clear your interview. But yes 5K is the least you can get at a place like Chennai :) Try to improve your skills and you can even negotiate your salary in your current company's appraisal.

Suresh It depends on what exactly you plan to move forward and what technologies you've already learnt in WP8 and W8 development. The best way to move to next level is to start looking into complex problems and try to resolve them with your own approach. once you have a problem and you resolve it you are already moving up the ladder learning new things.
