what are the languages of developing on windows phone 7.5 ???? c# what else ?!

You can only use three languages to build Windows Phone applications - C# VB.NET and VC++ .NET. They all three are same. It is your preference what syntax you are more familiar with. Underneath they use a different compiler but are almost same. They share same .NET Base class library CLR etc. Java does not support Windows Phone development.

You can use VB.NET instead but you need to have a 'paid for' version of Visual Studio 2010 - the Express edition for Windows Phone only supports C# development.

You can't in fact use Visual C++ (not even the managed version C++/CLI) for Windows Phone 7.x development. As Mahesh said earlier there is no real difference between C# and VB.NET in capabilities. Which you prefer is likely to depend on the languages you've used in the past. Initially C# was quite similar to Java though there has been some divergence in recent years as C# has added support for LINQ dynamic and (in version 5.0) asynchronous programming. C++ is a more powerful language than C# VB.NET or Java and produces faster executables but is much harder to use. This has tended to restrict C++ to systems and games programming in recent years as most programmers prefer the faster development times combined with reasonable power and performance of .NET/Java for programming business applications.

Nothing really. All languages are same. It's your preference. If you know VB you should use VB.NET. If you know C++/Java you should use C#.
