Winform minimize

Hello  How to minimize opened secondForm(from showDialog) to taskbar?When try minimize it minimize allparent form and second form. Thanks in advance.

I may have misunderstood the problem but if you're doing something like this from the first form: Form2 f2 = new Form2(); f2.ShowDialog(); and you then minimize Form2 it shouldn't cause the first form to be minimized as well. It should still be open but inaccessible until Form2 is closed. However if you have other windows open on the desktop (such as VS itself) you might find that it's now below them in the z-order. If that's the case then insert this line before the above code to keep it on top: this.TopMost = true;
