WinForm on diffenet screen resolution

hello
I am developping a WinForm application in VIsual C# Express 2008; my screen resulution 1024x768.
When I run my application on an other PC with a different resolution 1920x1 080,
my forms is not displayed correctly.
Have you please a solution to this  problem
