WMEncoderLib.dll for recording video desktop activity

Question

I have a problem to using this third party tool WMEncoderLib.dll for  recording video desktop activity, it gives an error  Encoder = New WMEncoder at this point VS.host has stopped working. Please do the needful ASAP.
