WORD to XML Convertion and vice versa

Question

Hi,
My task is ..

1. Convert WORD file to XML
2. Save that XML file to DataBase
3. Get the data from database and write it to XML
4. WRITE the XML data to WORD file

Pls Help me ..how to do this ...

Pls give your suggestions to finish  my TASK..
