I need help how to calculate work experience in three ways: i need the first method of calculation is that for each month means that there are 31 days. Thanks!

I have aplication with combo box which has three items: first that all days have 31 days in month second that all days have 30 days in month third that all days have have regular days in month I need code for calculate first method in workflow ?
