Working with computer ports

Hi . I wanted to write programs that input and output ports to the PC Show . In what way do these work ? How do I know about ports ? I do not know any information about the functions that work with the ports . I 'll explain this .

I don't know what you are asking. I do not know what PC Show is. In multiprocessing operating systems such as Windows and Unix/Linux hardware is a shared resource; applications do not have direct access to hardware. Hardware must be accessed by a device driver and then applications use devices using the device driver. So you need to use the device driver for the port(s) and the documentation of it.
