Wpf Layout and where is stackpanel added within the grid

Question

I'm new in wpf and I'm kind confused as to layout. I like to know how stackpanel works ans how I can apply it here.

Simply, I'd like to add 2 radiobuttons,2 buttons and a Listview control. Thanks
