Wow that's a lot of work to do for a single thread :D I would suggest you to look at the official Xamarin website and start learning the concepts and fundamentals of Xamarin.Android :https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/android/ Once you get the grasp of how it works then I'm sure you should be able to implement the application features you require. If you are having a hard time understanding ion connecting the dots then try to refer some tutorials and see if you can figure something out.
