XML Problem

Question

I have the following xml naveen Desert.jpg Koala.jpg Tulips.jpg Penguins.jpg Lighthouse.jpg Jellyfish.jpg Desert_Thumb.jpg Koala_Thumb.jpg Tulips_Thumb.jpg Penguins_Thumb.jpg Lighthouse_Thumb.jpg Jellyfish_Thumb.jpg When I read it using readxml then I got 5 tables in dataset. and relation automatically created. I want to bind thumImages to reapeter how can id do this. string xmlFile = System.Web.HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath(~/XML Database/uploadimages.xml); DataSet ds = new DataSet(); ds.ReadXml(xmlFile); Reapeter1.datasource = ?? ?????????? Reapeter1.databind();

Try inserting a forward slash before the @: / @ImgPath )%>'>

Try removing the leading forward slash from the XPath attribute: XPath=Upload/Category XML and DataTables don't mix too well as the former is hierarchical but the latter are not. If you want to include the Category Id and Name in the ThumImages DataTable you'd have to add a couple of extra columns and populate them 'manually'.

Hi Vulpes Thanks for your reply it working but now problem is that only one record displaying in repeater. Because i think it taking XPath=/Upload/Category as the main node how can i display whole record with name also is there any way to put complete xml in datatable?

When i use @ImgPath )%>'> it gives error as- 'Images/Imagepath@ImgPath' has an invalid token.

Hi Vulpes I want to bind Category ID and its Name aslo but it is not in the ThumImage table. I want to get all result in one table with join can i Use xmlschema for this?
