Zune software and windows phone 7.5

Question

i buy a windows phone 7.5(lumia 900) and i download zune software on my computer to access the phone, and i see the photos and the photos stored on my computer in somewhere, but i cant send to the phone or store any thing from my computer to the phone using zune , how can i store to my phone songs,themes,videos,...... i don't know how!!!!!!
also i cant send or receive using the Bluetooth , he tell me NOT SUPPORTED !!!!!!
