The much awaited and widely talked Google Pixel 2 event is just finished, unveiling a whole lot of new members in Google’s Hardware family. Let’s have a brief overview of each of the announced devices.

Google Home Mini and Max
Google has launched two more versions of its Home speakers powered by Google Assistant. The Google Home Mini is a miniature version while the Home Max is the giant one. Both the devices are equipped with the latest Google Assistant features.
Google writes about these as –
“Google Home Mini brings the Assistant to more places throughout your home, with a beautiful design that fits anywhere. And Max is our biggest and best-sounding Google Home device, powered by the Assistant. And with AI-based Smart Sound, Max has the ability to adapt your audio experience to you—your environment, context, and preferences.”
Google Pixelbook and Pixelbook Pen
Equipped with Chrome OS, Google Pixelbook is the latest Google laptop with high-end hardware configuration for heavy duty performance. Pixelbook Pen, on the other hand, is a stylus device that supports Pixelbook.
What Google says about it is,
" With Pixelbook, we’ve reimagined the laptop as a high-performance Chromebook, with a versatile form factor that works the way you do. It’s the first laptop with the Assistant built in, and the Pixelbook Pen makes the whole experience even smarter."
Google Daydream View VR Handset
When talking about new Pixel phone, we can't leave the Daydream View handset behind, which was initially launched to bring AR/VR support in the first Pixel phone. Today also, Google has announced an updated version of Daydream View.
Google says,
" The updated Daydream View is the best mobile virtual reality (VR) headset on the market, and the simplest, most comfortable VR experience. With this new headset, we kept the best parts of the original and made them even better. The new Daydream View has high-performance lenses, which result in better image clarity and a wider field of view."
Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL
Google Pixel phone has proven to be one of the most prominent members of the "Mady by Google" family. Now, the company has launched the 2nd generation of this legacy device in two variants - Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.
Google describes the qualities of Pixel 2 phones as,
"The Pixel 2 has the best camera of any smartphone, again, along with a gorgeous display and augmented reality capabilities. Pixel owners get unlimited storage for their photos and videos, and an exclusive preview of Google Lens, which uses AI to give you helpful information about the things around you."
