Setting opacity property on Window Form will not work cause it will make the window and everything inside it transparent the same as the window. Also tried to make a Semitransparent PNG and use it as a background and didn't work. I'm trying to get a cool look like this: Thanks anyone for those willing to help Sanxer.

You cannnot set opacity of other controls. You can set opacity of the form and every control will get the same. Anyway I've found a solution using transparency key and opacity it's not perfect because you must set opacity value very high (not like the picture above) and you still get the other controls little transparent too but works. http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/camilord/945/

Try to set the opacity of the window form only. Then give some background to all other controls.
