C# Text replacement

Is there any way to replace text in a document for the CommandLine - A console Program for beginners. Example ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Jane, I was just wondering if I could get reimbursement for the dinner we had when you said you never wanted to date me again?? Thanks Joe Blow Joe Blow 1866 North Highlands Sacramento CA, 95722 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And have the program change all instances of Jane to whatever, and Jow Blow to whatever, etc... Any help would be appreciated Thanks....
