Creating an SQL database Interface application

Question

Hello I am quite new t web application development. I would like to develop a system like this: Internet connection------------------------------Login page---------------------------- GUI(Where I can add or retrieve Information)------------------------------Client database(Hosted on client server but I have access to it) I really do not know the best way to implement this right now and I will like your advice. Thanks

Hi There are different ways and design pattern to do this. SO better you go through different design patternservices and then start implementation.
