How to convert raster image into Vector image by using Adobe

Question

I have couple of images which are available in .jpeg format. I have idea about vector element in Adobe Illustrator but failed to achieve quality output (vector images).

Can anyone provide free demo of vector images?

Raster images can't use for business purpose like news press release printing media and cloth designers. Due to based on pixel based pattern it becomes blur when you increase picture size.
