How to get the value of selected checkbox in controller?

Question

On click of a checkbox the actionresult should recieve the value of that selected checkbox ,the thing is it should submit the value to controller on click of it.I Should not use any submit button.is it possible in mvc C#?

I am not sure if VB 2010 comes with the ReportViewer or not. You probably have to use Visual Studio 2010. You do not need any Crystal or other products to build reports using ReportViewer. This control is a Microsoft control.
