How to navigate from one silvelight project page to another silverlight priject page

Question

Hi i am having two silverlight projects under one solution . now i am having one button in one xaml pageof one silverlight project. when i click on button i have to redirect to the another xaml page in second silverlight project . can anybody help me. Thanks P.Nagaraju
