How to send sms to a mobile when a user register to our website

Dear All
If some user register to our website ,then i want to send an sms to their cell phone using asp.net(c# language) that you are register to our website succesfully.Please i need the code urgently.I am a fresher developing website on using asp.net(c sharp) and sql server as a back end.

There are two options to send SMS messages from ASP.NET applications. Option [1] You can search for a public SMS Gateway in your country (e.g. http://gateway4sms.com/ ) register and buy their service. Usually they sell SMS packs. After that you can use their public API to send SMS. Option [2] You need to install the SMS Gateway software on your server. SMS Gateway will use a GSM phone/modem attached to your server (with a phone-to-PC data cable) or an IP SMS connection to send messages. Your ASP.NET application will perform an HTTP request to send messages using the SMS Gateway API.
