how to show as parent window but not as saperate window

hi...from code behind i am opening chat window with window.open(). is it possible to show as parent window...actually it is displaying as popup but if i minimize it has two windows....cant we make them as single

sir thank you so much for ur great reply....I need in asp.net....not windows based What my requirement is : I have to open multiple chat windows within my web site. When user minimizes website my chat windows also to be minimized and must be within website window. However currently I am displaying chat windows using javascript code(window.open() ) and these chat windows are opening in saperate windows causing both not minimizing and not closing even after my website window is minimized or closed. Please help what is the best solution to open chat window.aspx so that these chat windows attached to my website page.

Though I set ShowInTaskBar=false it is not coming
