Item insert database after successful transaction

I am working on Paypal integration and have done it,it is working fine but i want to get information back of items on my site after payment success what i have sent to paypal so that i can manipulate database after successful transaction.

You can get the payout details from here. You need to use paypay response to decide it. If the payment is unsuccessful you can remove / shop the items in shopping cart.
