Penn State Student Needs Help With Drag & Drop, Similar to PSPICE/LOGICWORKS

Question

Well if you have created a program like PSPICE this should be simple. I need to be able to drag and drop a label and image onto a form by clicking on a button and this label and image has to appear while I am dragging the object. My first assumption is that you will need to have some kind of object that will have a label and image associated with it. There is no specific documentaion on this or sample code. If anyone can provide me with help with even where to start and what type of object will support such a thing please post a message.
