Project Tracking software/website. Need help plzz

Hi friends

i need your ideas and inputs here plzz.Suppose u have a company and u need a website where ur employees/customers/admin can login and do the work..
Work in the sense.. An employee can be assigned task for a day by admin. When employee logs in he can get the schedule for the day. Employee needs to finish the work and report back to the admin. Same way customer can give feed back on the project like for bugs and all the problems they are facing.. Which will be checked by the admin...

Has anyone dome such project? Can u`ll give me some idea how it can be done plzzz

Hi i have worked on this type of project... assigning priorities depends Band wise . storing all the values in the database... Checking conditions and building business logic....
