repeat report for all employee with different values.

how to take report for multiple employees in one submit. i have that multiple employee details. now i want to take report for all employee with different values. details in for all employee will be same but name of employee will change for each employee.

for Example application form for employee . i have table like this Name age salary gfg 56 70000.00 hjhjh 34 50000.00 now select both emplooyees and sumbit to take report. details in form will be same for each employee but nameage salary will differ.
