retrieve page theme in masterpage

Question

hello.. i've develop a page that can retrieve page_theme through page_preinit in every page. Is there a way that i can retrieve those page_theme through masterpage. I have stored the css and skin in App_Theme folder in the solution. Anyone please help..TQ
