Upload Video using Windows Phone 8

Question

Hi..,

       How can i choose the Video file from media Library.I knew the other tasks of Photo Chooser Task,Camera Capture Task,Media Player Launcher Task.But in My Application am i using Upload the Video file from Windows Phone 8 Media Library to send the API.How can i do this.., If anybody know the Solution Guide me (or) Post the solution.Post related Sample codes..,
