using infopath editor functionalities in c#

Question

Hi.

I have a project in wich I must have the same design functionality as the infopath editor.

The final program should  be able to drag and drop controllers the same way.

I am allowed to use infopath to achieve this, so what I want to know is if there is anyway to "include" the form editing functionalities in my code.
